I’ve always wanted to do more tags on here, including beauty-related tags, so it was most appropriate for me to yank this one right from Dorkchops. In addition to having just about the cutest blog name ever, she runs an extremely informative and fun beauty blog, so make sure to check her out if you haven’t already.
Sorry, I’m still enamored with her username. Ok, ok. I’m going to move on now…let’s talk sin & beauty!
1. GREED → What’s your most inexpensive beauty item? What’s your most expensive beauty item?
My most inexpensive item would be the e.l.f.’s Essential Lipstick in Classy, which costs $1. My most expensive item would probably be Shiseido’s Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizer Cream, which costs $98. If you include tools, then it’ll be the Foreo Luna for Combination Skin, priced at an eye-gouging $199.00.
2. WRATH → What item do you have a love/hate relationship with?
False lashes. Totally nabbed this answer from Dorkchops, but it’s completely true. They make me look wowz-so-glam, but they feel like tiny teeth gnawing at my eyelids. Even though I barely wear lashes, I still have a billion pairs in stock. If that ain’t love/hate, then I don’t know what is!
3. GLUTTONY → What brand takes up most of your collection?
It’s a tie between NYX and e.l.f.’s Studio line products. Keepin’ it g…and affordable.
4. SLOTH → What product do you neglect the most due to laziness?
Facial toner. I even eyeball my toner as I consciously skip that part of my skincare routine. Trust me, it knows.
5. PRIDE → What product gives you the most confidence?
Foundation; all I really need in life is even-colored skin. I can go out wearing nothing but a burlap sack on my body and foundation on my face, and I’d still feel fancy.
6. LUST → Which item is at the top of your beauty wishlist?
Makeup Geek’s foiled eye shadows! Being the absolute beauty-glutton that I am, I am seriously eyeing the bundle featuring the complete 10-pan set and Vegas Lights palette. This is a disease, isn’t it? Am I going to die soon?
7. ENVY → Which makeup product looks great on others but not on you?
Under eye concealer. My eyes never look “brightened,” just cakey. I’ve tried all sorts of concealers, along with all sorts of tips and tricks. I get so frustrated every time and conclude that my dark under eye circles aren’t even that dark anyway. Thank goodness the trend with highlighting in reverse triangle formation is over.
TAGGING → every single beauty aficionado that comes across this post ❤
